"The overall stay was very enjoyable. Resort was beautiful and clean and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Only thing we felt could have been better was the temperature of the pool water. It was too warm and even though we understand it was due to the hot weather, we wondered if cold water could have been filtered into the plunge pool at least to make it a bit cooler. The water temperature was almost as warm as the weather so didn’t provide a refreshing experience we had hoped...

"My husband and I stayed at this resort 5/4/2024-5/10/2024 in a preferred club room. I didn’t see any preferred benefits, so If there is an up-charge for that I wouldn’t pay again. "The Royal Sands was the perfect medium sized all inclusive. Super clean, good food and the rooms are huge! As you may or may not know the ocean in the hotel zone is pretty rough, but being that Royal Sands has sister resorts, we were able to take free shuttles to Royal Cancun where the water is much calmer for my 6 year old. Overall great stay and the only minor downside I would say is the constant timeshare meeting pitches. However, with that said if I was interested in a timeshare I would...

"So we were celebrating our honeymoon so it was beautiful view and friendly workers. Gave us activitys. that was exciting and amazing good deal to. The ride from airport to get to hotel wasn't good at all. The rental fell through so we waited a hour to find a way to hotel . Out plan ride home was upsetting but they did reassign us which was reassuring. Do to us never travel out of the state I was upset crying ready to see my kids."
