“Location and amenities were as expected. The AC did not work properly our entire stay. We reported the issue to the front desk and was told they were working on it. It was never fixed and there was never any follow up. It wasn't pleasant trying to sleep in a luxury resort property without AC. It wasn't just our room, but the indoor dining area was too hot to even enjoy a meal. Overall it was a disappointing experience.”

“This was our second stay at this property; the last was five years ago in 2019. Room was very clean and amenities as expected. Staff was friendly but noticeably less responsive to simple requests than we recall from our previous visit. Example we asked for paper towels, tissues, and tp at the midpoint of our 5 day stay; were told we'd receive them right away and never got them. Parts of the property looked run down and we were wondering if a storm had hit them and they were still repairing.……

“What I liked most about this hotel is its location. It’s a quiet and safe property just outside of town and an easy walk to Cruz Bay.”

“Friendly shuttle service around the resort, but it takes awhile for them to get to you. Lots of walking, otherwise. I was at the top, and my view was marvelous. No pop machines or anything like that, so be prepared, lol.”

“Such a great experience upon arrival. Concierge, Gorety met us in the parking lot. She provided a tour of the property and was available if needed. The outside of the property may be a turn off due age and simply the weather can be tough on the exterior; however you open the door and this place was amazing - nice upgrades throughout. The walk to the beach is 2 min - take your coolers, backpack cooler if you have one. The restaurants have amazing food - from good ole burgers to Chilean Sea……

“The view is amazing, we loved relaxing on the deck having our morning coffee or evening nightcap and just watching the harbor. Don't let the steep hill concern you, it’s well worth the privacy and ideal proximity to Red Hook. The pool is another added bonus. We highly recommend this property! ”

“Amazing view, loved the style with dark wood trim/doors, arches and turret windows. Comfy bed, soft sheets, loved the stone patio and nooks. Had a grwat breeze and no need for a/c. Slept with windows open and could here the wind, waves, birds and frogs. Great time, so relaxing.”

“We stayed on the club side in a 3 bedroom which was more than enough space. The room was beautiful and clean. The staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful and available at all times. We had breakfast and lunch a few times on the property. Although pricey it was always good. Free coffee in the AM and cookies in the afternoon. The pools were great and were able to use the amenities in the hotel side. Only downside is the actual ocean. Too much seaweed and you can’t walk without water shoes. ”
