"The convenience of this property was paramount. Shopping of all kinds was minutes away. We did not stay during summer months, but this home is literally 5 minutes from a water slide park. The view from the dock was lovely, the house was clean, and neighborhood was quiet. The two bedrooms feel like one large bedroom without much extra space behind the beds, but it suited our needs just fine. We were return."

"This location was perfect. Close enough for a nice visit with family. Queen bed was very comfortable and we liked our linens and towels. Refrigerator was empty but not cleaned- the only real negative. We had to bring in toilet paper as house only had 1.5 rolls. Otherwise it was all very good."

This back unit is very tight, my suggestion for the owner is to remove some of the Knick knacks - the space is so tight, it was hard to move around with such big furniture and stuff. "The furniture was very minimal and not comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but missing things like potato peelers etc. The house is on a main road so can be very noisy. Our first encounter was that the door codes did not work. We called several numbers to get the property manager who accused us of breaking into the home. Some serious miscommunications between the local and national companies."

"Host responded to all questions in a very timely manner. Answered all questions that were asked. The location was close to Onset Beach but you do need to drive to it. Several places in the area to eat at, close to the Bourne Bridge. Great Ice Crean shop with soft serve and homemade ice cream, great flavors, next to the candy store.. Cash only so be prepared. "We loved our weekend at Deb and John’s cottage! Everything in the house was fresh and inviting, in great condition, and absolutely immaculate (by far the cleanest house we’ve ever rented). It had comfortable and thoughtful touches throughout - we loved the big porch, the kitchen essentials, the games and movies, the soft blankets, and the fantastic location.
