We loved this hotel but for having to go up 1 flight of stairs to outside then up another flight of stairs and down one more was just ridiculous, especially with 2 heavy cases, there was no one to help and the nice lady on front desk seemed to work 24/.7 This was supposed to be an upgrade to delux., ive syayed in many hotels far superior and for less.

This was an incredible stay. Location was perfect! The heart of the city. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to stay here. Definitely will be back
