Our downtown, 3 Bedroom Casita has a unique style and is conveniently located in the historic Cooper Park neighborhood in the heart of Bozeman. Take in peaceful vibes from the surrounding nature and parks - all within a 5 minute walk to central downtown and a short drive to Bridger Bowl ski area, Hylite Canyon, the Madison River and many other outdoor recreation destinations. Cared for by 2 Super Hosts, you are sure to have the best stay possible!
While you will have the entire downstairs unit of the house to yourself, we have other VRBO guests who rent a separate upstairs unit. The upstairs and downstairs units are separated by a soundproof, dead-bolted door, and each unit has its own private entrance. Our yard space is shared by both the renters of the upstairs and downstairs units - it's a great way to get to know your fellow travelers!
For full transparency: You might hear your upstairs neighbors walking around on the floor above you. It's an old house, and the walls and floors are not soundproof. We provide sleep sound machines in each bedroom so that you can get a good night's rest.
Dogs are welcome. We require a $25 nonrefundable pet fee, per pet, and a $200 refundable pet fee due upon arrival, which will be returned to you upon checkout, permitting there are no damages.
The house is professionally cleaned before and after each stay by staff who have been vaccinated for COVID-19.
Our home is an older home with stairs. It is unfortunately not equipped to facilitate those with special needs in wheelchairs.
