10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (3)
"What a sweet find! I wished this apartment was listed years ago as we have been visiting Burlington for years, especially since my daughter attended UVM. We were always staying in crowded, overpriced hotels. I found this listing for her graduation weekend, and it was such an adorable, comfortable stay for our family! The apartment was so clean, and the beds were comfortable, as were all the extras, such as coffee, cream, and snacks. We were able to come back after a long day and have take-out at...

Cozy Burlington Escape with Hot Tub

"This was a great rental in a neighborhood and an easy walk to Church Street and Battery Park. Loved all of the plants and the snacks, which were a nice touch. I wish we had a longer stay as the owners were very helpful and provided a nice booklet of info on the area that highlighted activities that were dog friendly. We are already discussing a return trip and bringing our dog! I highly recommend this place!"

"I was traveling with 3 people over 73 and having only about 4 steps to get into this 3 bedroom rental was great! Plenty of room for us all and was nice having 1.5 bathrooms also. Location was close to campus and my son (UVM student) was able to get to us easily and quickly."

Top of Church Street Roost 2
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (17)
"Nicely maintained spot really close to Church St and lake Champlain. Only thing is it’s behind a church and there are a lot of cars parked right outside the windows and the door. Occasionally, you can hear backpackers/homeless people talking right outside. The church bell rings every hour and starts at 5AM in the morning. The host is nice and the place is neat. Just that the area isn’t the best."
