The staff is very nice and attentive and the price is cheap to what they offered. The breakfast was the best ever. The room was very clean. There are things that can improve in terms of the maintenance of the property but in general I should say that it was very good overall.

The hotel is in a good location safe and clean. However I was double charged for my reservation because the girl at the front desk thought it was not already paid for after i told her it was months ago when I made the reservation and showed her the proof. Later on she relies I was right and they couldn’t refund me. I had to open up a dispute with my bank. They had construction going on in my floor my whole stay it was very disturbing and messy. However I liked how Cozy the hotel was and the location was very nice I would give my stay a 3/5. If there was no construction going on and I wasn’t over charged it would be 5/5.

The hotel has plumbing issues in which the toilet backs up. Contacted them numerous times and they take their times coming to your room to fix the problem. On the 4th of August I called them at 8am to let them know the toilet wasn't flushing, had to call back again at 9:30 as no one came. The second time the guy came and went in the bathroom came out 5 minutes after and said it was not fixed and left. I assumed he left to get something to fix it and return but 11:30 came and he still did not return. I contacted front desk again complaining for the 3rd time that day and he then came cleared the toilet but left the entire bathroom underwater. I HAVE THE PICTURES OF HOW HE LEFT IT. I then contacted Expedia as I was fedup but wanted to make sure I wouldn't lose my money as I paid for my entire stay. Was assured by the agent that I could check out and would receive my money for the unused nights. I checked out on the 4th of August and checked into another hotel. I still have not received my refund and have contacted Expedia multiple times. The hotel is indicating they have nothing to due with the refund as I booked through Expedia is now saying after I checked out that the hotel has to approve the refund. This was not what the agent said when I contacted them before checking out. Hotel Azor is a dishonest establishment and I don't know who is lying between them and Expedia. All I know is that I will now contact my bank to see how I can get my money back. A set of thieves.

The hot water did not work properly. Taking a bath was a nightmare. You could be in a volcano or in the North Pole in seconds. The elevator is tiny, and the elevator’s waiting area is uncomfortable. The service is very good. The food in the restaurant is the best this hotel has to offer.
