"This place is fun, the staff is excellent!! I can’t say enough good things about the staff, they work so hard to make you feel good and have a great time. They are friendly and quickly respond to your every need and remember you!! The other guests are also so friendly. We had a great time. As someone with extremely bad knees, I have a congenital disorder so I’ve never known what it means to walk without pain, it’s probably my only complaint. Cancun does not seem to understand what handicapped means. There were no bars in the handicapped bathrooms and stairs everywhere making it extremely painful for me to get to anywhere for anything. But…it was worth it. I’d still go again. "

"So we were celebrating our honeymoon so it was beautiful view and friendly workers. Gave us activitys. that was exciting and amazing good deal to. The ride from airport to get to hotel wasn't good at all. The rental fell through so we waited a hour to find a way to hotel . Out plan ride home was upsetting but they did reassign us which was reassuring. Do to us never travel out of the state I was upset crying ready to see my kids."

"We had a great time there. The restaurants would take Care of the room temperature. I tried the mexican, asian and steak restaurants. I think that asian would be better. The attendants are always on a hurry and it seems that service aren't the same standard as the other ones."
