"Beautiful hotel and grounds. Pool was very nice, only downside was you had to get up way too early to get a spot, but it was a sold out hotel for the long weekend in March/ April, might not be this bad other times. Shout out to Ismael at the pool cabana. Beach wasn’t the nicest, but we knew this before coming to this hotel. Would definitely consider coming back in the future."

"Beautiful property but the rooms/lobby need to be updated. The beds we not comfortable and the water pressure in the rooms could have been better. However, the service was amazing and staff members always would greet us with a smile. The whole resort was clean, I felt like they had a great system in place for their daily cleaning of the entire resort. They raked the beach every morning too, it made for a beautiful beach experience. Excellent entree options at the restaurants, the buffets had a great variety! "

"Beautiful view and beach. Rooms we had were great and loved it. Close stores and malls to walk to as well and free shuttle to neighboring resort. Our host Lesley went out of her way to give information and make reservations for us. Even when she was not at work she was still helping us. I would stay here again and if I go back to Cancun we will stay there again for sure. Nicest resort Iv ever stayed at. The only issue we had was with the all inclusive stipulations with drinks. When you pay to have a beautiful view and want to stay on the outside balcony to enjoy the view it should not be a chore to get drinks to your room. Two beer each is not realistic and your fridge should be stocked with what you request. Or a six pack at a time would be nice. This was a complaint from other guests as well. Not just me. That was our only issue and suggestion to correct. "

"It was our first time in Cancun and we loved our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was really good! Highly recommend La Joya and the mussels that our waiter said we must try!!!!! The new restaurants downstairs were all really great too. Would love to go back!"

"Really nice all inclusive hotel, we stayed in the Reserve adults only area and it was nice and peaceful. Daniela (our concierge) was super nice and helpful. We came for our honeymoon, and it was nice! Our room took some time to get ready, but once we were all settled in everything was nice. No one seemed to be expecting tips, but the service was good enough that they deserved it anyways. The onsite restaurants are good, however the food upgrades are quite expensive."
