My Room didn’t have hot water, the maid never left towels in the room, I had to asked for them, The pool w wasn’t accessible, it was dirty, Our beds were never made unless we ask, and they didn’t clean the bathroom every day. But the staff deserves all 5 stars, they were excellent and the Manger Brian went out his way for me and my friends, 5 stars for the Manager.

Usually, it is expected to have a clean room, with the towels changed and trash taken out, but none of these things happened. They did not have wi-fi. The staff, on the other hand, were friendly, and very nice.

Wish I could upload photos. This hotel is in serious need of a remodel and some TLC until that happens. All furniture in our room 229 was damaged. The cushions on the sofa were mismatched. the sofa arm was filthy. The shower rod was about to come loose from the wall and fall. The tub chalk was deteriorated and had mold on it.

Wouldn't answer the phone when we called for a shuttle, had to take a cab. Had to ask for new sheets because there was food crumbs in the bed. Room smells very musty.

we stayed here for a week. requested room service after the 4th day of our trip at 8am and didn’t receive it until 6pm. the dryer downstairs works horribly. the tub in the shower drained extremely slow so you’re showering in your own dirty water. the water also took 10 minutes to even be warm. find literally anywhere else to stay. does not meet the standards of any other marriott.

The shower curtain is shorter than the bathtub so the shower flooded the bathroom every time it was used. Also the elevator is wonky and there was no breakfast. Pretty bad for a Marriott in a tourist location at that.
