Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I chose this property in part because it listed a pool. But the pool was CLOSED on Memorial Day Weekend. Very disappointing. The outdoor pool did look pleasant but I could not use it.
The carpet in the lobby and to the room was dirty with obvious small pieces of trash visible.
My room card did not work when I returned to the room 3 times forcing me to visit the front desk each time to get the card recoded. The door latch did not seem to work correctly and I reported it to the front desk.
The buttons for the AC unit the room did not seem to do anything. It was a bit too cool in the room but I could not adjust the temperature or fan speed.
The breakfast had waffles. But did not have maple syrup except for a small bottle of No Sugar syrup. A bit disappointing.
I will look to stay somewhere else next visit to Raleigh.
