Architecturally, Club Quarters is a bit unique - a narrow historic building wedged between two newer ones, with a 38 story tower. Mine was one of only three rooms on the 31st floor. Three things stood out: (1) really amazing, accommodating staff. They hustled to make you feel welcome and make the elements of your stay - from check-in and valet parking to check-out and luggage storage - as easy and convenient as possible. Stars to them. (2) my room was exceptionally comfortable, though modestly sized. Great view down the Chicago River from one window; I kept the curtains drawn on the window that showcased the Trump Tower. Interesting zero-entry shower. Comfortable bed. Dead quiet. (3) the location is great. On the Chicago River, about a block from Michigan Avenue. Easy stroll across the Wabash bridge, up into the River North area. Wacker Drive is directly in front, so getting out of the city was a lot less painful than from many locations. I'll be back, if I can.

Accommodations were awesome! We got into town before our check in time. They allowed us to store our bags while went out waiting on our check in time, complimentary, we were also allowed access to their 24 hr coffee/tea/water station and sitting room which was all very nice and well maintained. On our second day it was raining and we completely forgot to bring umbrellas!! Front desk had good quality umbrellas for sale at a very reasonable price!! We could conveniently charge to our room! The water bottle stations on several floors were also a wonderful touch! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay downtown for a nice weekend get away!

Perfect location walkable distance to everything! Staff were very nice. Only downfall they only have two elevators so sometimes the wait was long. Otherwise great reasonable place to stay!! Definitely would stay there again.

I expected a bit more from this chain of hotels. The hotel is located in a good section and walking distance to everything. The 2 bedroom suites are the way to go. Wished they had a restaurant. No real complaints except no place on site for food.

The staff was amazing ! And it dog friendly for no extra charge. Small room but very convenient for the one night stay we had. Only down side would be the elevator, really only one to use for the side of the hotel we stayed and took a very long time and was always full so had to wait for another one that was available. I eventually took the stairs down and was on the 24th floor. Also no refrigerator available or microwave. But they do have free water and coffee, the second floor was the highlight of it all. Great stay !

Fantastic location. It was great to be able to walk to most places. We liked the printout of suggestions for places to eat. Coffee available in Club Lounge was good, but it would have been nice to have tea and coffee in rooms. Staff were great. Good value for money in a big city. We would definitely stay again.
