“The property itself is realy cool and unique, the cenote is awsome but to get there you have to drive off the path a bit maybe 10 to 15 min. On a dirt road with absolutely no light at night, communication was awsome and staff very helful, its secure but dont feel as secluded as i anticipared due to the other property being directly next to our loft, and you can pretty much see everything we are doing due to the glass walls, make sure you have mosquito repellent because you will definitely need……

“Our family had a great stay. We utilized the day passes at the resort on the other side of the highway and rode the trolley to get there. We rented a car and had a private parking space; we visited Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and ziplined over cenotes. There was a pool within the property that our young children loved. When there was an issue with the sink leaking it was immediately addressed. The only hiccup was the check in process. The issue seems like it was due to the personality of one……

"This is not representative of what I expected of a Hilton. The hardware is decent but the software is terrible. The hotel logistics was a mess, design and layout poor, service mediocre at best. Examples include the very very infrequent cars that travel between your hotel room and the main lobby where most of the facilities and restaurants were. Toilets in the common area were extremely dirty with pee on the toilet seat at most times. Although it was all inclusive, they do not serve alcoholic drinks past 12am. Worst was, one of the nights the wifi stopped and guests had to pay for data. "
