When I called to confirm the booking, I checked to make sure they would allow our cat and over the phone they said yes. Once we arrived, they told us they do not take cats and couldn’t check us in. It made our evening after a long drive stressful. They probably just need to have all staff on the same Page when it comes to the policies. But the facility looked amazing! Wish we could’ve stayed there!

Very nice! Loved the studio room with the kitchen, natural light and views were a plus from the room! Was cleaned, neat, had everything we needed. Staff made sure to inform us on everything & free breakfast was delicious! loved staying here & would definitely come back!

Nice room and suite setup/space; low score due to them running out of towels and blankets; slept on the pullout couch, and only a fitted sheet was provided, front desk said no blankets were available. Our group went to the pool twice, and they were out of towels. Breakfast was disappointing, they had no milk, out of forks, out of bowls.. total bummer!
