I had a great experience with Johnel and Olivia. They were super helpful and friendly. My stay was comfortable and easy. The only thing I'd improve would be the parking situation. The lot while next door, was a bit of a challenge to access when checking out with all of my travel items.

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Hotel was basic, clean. The very big negative was the parking garage. The hotel has the third floor of the city structure. You have to walk down an alley and get into a dirty elevator. At night there are homeless people sleeping right outside the elevator

the hotel itself was very clean. the staff at the front desk were very pleasant. i didn't like the fact that i had to walk down an alley way, which was dirty and was a little unsafe for me to walk alone. but i had to, to be able to get to and from my vehicle. im also still waiting on money to come back to my account for "incidentals". I accidentally left my expensive charger in the room. i called the hotel as soon as i got home to let them know that i would come back to get it. i called again. and they said it was not in the lost in found. so who has it then.... the cleaning staff. so now i can't trust the people who work for you.. very sad.

The morning crew was absolutely amazing. The property was clean and always smelled really good. Our room was also great. Housekeeping didn’t take glasses that we used from the bar the entire stay, nor did they change the sheets but overall we are satisfied with our stay.

The hotel was great! The building was clean. The staff was kind, patient, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The only issue I had was that the bathroom door was a sliding barn door. I would have preferred a regular door with a lock for extra privacy. However, this was a minor issue, and it wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.
