3 Bedroom Ranch Home w/ fenced back yard and deck.

Our newly updated 3 bedroom, 1 full bath ranch home is a great place to stay while in Columbus. Located on a corner lot in a quiet, Worthington neighborhood, it’s just minutes from the Columbus Zoo, Zoombizie Bay, Polaris Fashion Place, Ohio State University, downtown Columbus and so much more! The back yard is fenced while still having access to the large side yard for outdoor activities. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig Coffee maker while spending time with friends or family in the living room watching the 55” Smart TV. All 3 bedrooms are very spacious and have queen beds. Towels, bed linens, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, shampoo and body wash are just a few of the many items included in your stay. See photos for approximate distances from popular locations. **ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS** No smoking inside the property. Please see house rules. We look forward to hosting you!

Columbus Visit
Home was extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable. The backyard was perfect for my two little dogs. The only disappointment was the neighborhood was sketchy. The next door neighbor had junk piled up in the driveway and was falling apart. The neighbors across the street were out late smoking and walking around. I was happy for the security system. This Vrbo was just what we needed. I simply wish it was in a nicer community.

The toilet stopped up when it rained it was terrible,the refrigerator smelled like it had been with out power for 2 years I would not have eaten anything that was in that ,the shower barely worked properly the furniture was flimsy and cheap the bed was like sleeping on a bolder couldn't use the garage no broom no washing machine the only thing I really liked was the bedroom that led to the deck out side for my Chihuahua,oh and hair all in the bath tub ,it was disgusting

Overall decent experience
Communication was great! The house itself was spacious enough for several adults. We brought our dog with us but didn't dare let him off leash as the fencing was in disrepair. Access to laundry on site would have been nice as we had a liitle one staying with us on multiple nights. We were conveniently located to everything we needed.

Great spot with a convenient location
We spent a couple of nights here for a long weekend trip. The location is great. Very easy access to the main highways and any stores that you might need to go to. The house and neighborhood were great. Very clean and well taken care of. Do not hesitate to stay here, I know we will next time we are in Columbus.

Family Get Together
We visited town and rented the house in order to spend time with family. The house had everything we needed to cook and entertain, including a deck and backyard. The host left a few little surprises for us, which was fun and thoughtful. Everything worked, and we had no problems at all. Had a great weekend.

Holiday visit to OH-
We came in from out of town, and wanted to stay somewhere that would allow dogs. Found this property on VRBO. We wanted to be close to Powell, and this was. The house is cute, with a lovely patio. We had a slight hiccup when we arrived but the property manager was attentive and fixed the issue within the hour.

Exactly as described - Very Clean
We booked this for Thanksgiving week as we were visiting family in the area. It is exactly as described. Very clean, comfortable beds, and I can’t tell you how amazing the fenced in yard was for our two small pups. It does have a beautiful deck but it was way too cold for us to enjoy. We will absolutely stay again and I shared this property with my other family members who visit the area. We are so happy to have found this property. We have stayed at a few others and this was by far the best.

Comments on VRBO
I have never visited a VRBO that didn’t have a washer and dryer. The over was filth. Salt and pepper were the only condiments. The trash can lid was broken and stayed opened which was repulsive. The couches were covered in pet hair. There was not a dresser to out your clothes in or anything in the bedrooms to set luggage or belongings on. There were no dish towels or dish cloths for washing and drying dishes and only one bag clip for chips and only one roll of paper towels.
