"I’ve rented all around the Cape, this must be the BEST rental by far. The attention to details are what makes this rental different. We spent Memorial Day weekend here. The owner graciously let us check in early on Friday. The sun was out and it was in the low 70’s. We went swimming in Flax pond and used the kayaks, boogie boards, water shoes, life vests- all found in the organized shed. The water in the Pond was so clean and warm. All weekend we used the bikes as well. The cottage has an old Cape feel to it, and exceptionally clean and well cared for. The rugs, the dish towels, the wall decor, the mugs, pillows, even the bed linen rented - EVERYTHING is just so comfortable and well thought out. The outside shower has a separate changing area with a mirror and body wash. The sunroom is lovely to just rest and relax in. Love the fact there’s no key for the house but a lock pad that you punch numbers into. Both bedroom beds are super comfy and the bed comforter /blankets & pillows are just so nice! My teen daughter loved waking up and seeing all the bunnies on the property. Saturday was another sunny day and we took the ferry from Hyannis to Nantucket. So much fun! Sunday morning was a tad cloudy, went biking on CCRT and evening was spent at Corporation Beach. This cottage has everything to make you feel like you’re on vacation!"

"This place is quaint clean and quiet. The grounds are kept exceptionally nice. There is an excellent place for breakfast just a walk across the street. Very centrally located to everything Cape Cod. Walk behind unit number 7 to see the goats. "

"Cold winds and rain during our annual birding getaway made coming home to the cozy fire, comfortable open spaces, tasteful coastal decor, fully equipped kitchen, hot shower with excellent water pressure, and gorgeous views over Follins Pond even more enticing. The weather didn't really permit much lounging outdoors on the decks and dock as we have enjoyed in the past, but we did manage to sneak in a little firepit time--so warming and restorative. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to everything and our host is a delight and could not be more responsive. We're so happy to have found this slice of heaven and are already looking forward to Visit #3 next April."

"The home was clean and spacious for our family. Restaurants and grocery stores were very close. Access to a beach was within minutes. The back yard was a perfect spot for hanging out in nice weather. The ONLY negative thing was that there was no heat in the basement where my son wanted to sleep. A space heater would have been a nice addition. But that’s not enough really to complain about. It wasn’t freezing down there."

"The house was great. A couple of issues with the toilets, but managed them and Vacasa promised to remedy for future renters. Location was ideal (close to Grumpy’s for breakfast!) and plenty of room. Pool and hot tub would have been really nice had the weather been warmer. All in all very pleased."

"The place was very clean and was very comfortable. We did have a problem with the locked closet where the washer and dryer was. The combination that we were given did not work . It would also had been nice to have Cable. If we had not brought our connecting cable we would not have been able to watch TV. Maybe have a HDMI to USB-C cable available would help future guests. All in all it was a very nice place to stay and would come back…"

"This house had everything we needed, including plenty of indoor and out space. The outside decks and shower are excellent, and the indoor table, too, allowed us to sit down together for meals. The set up is excellent with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and another two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs."
