Breakfast was very limited. Valet is mandatory and $35/night $10/day. Staff was okay, cleaning staff kept knocking on my door before checkout and then called asking when I was leaving which I though was odd.

Only one elevator worked SOME of the time. I am 69 with a lot of luggage and I got stuck on 9th floor. I will never stay here again. Front desk said tgat the second elevatir hD been out of order for MONTHS. Cmon Hilton you can do better.

The bathroom was dirty. You could see red water stains in shower and the walls had stains on them that were yellow. Bed had not been washed, only remade. There was black lint and stains in bed sheets. Rooms are paperthin and you could hear everything nearby. Breakfast was missing items and tables were sticky. Not enough staff was available. There was also a weird smell in the room.

Overall, enjoyed our stay at the Tru! It was safe, I wouldn’t say quiet because we were right by the interstate, but also safe. A key card was required to access the elevator and the amenities were up to standards. They served breakfast from 6am-9am every morning and had some good coffee 24/7! Front desk staff were always polite and easy to work with!
