"Nice location peaceful"

"We were at a family wedding. I wished we had a 2nd bathroom; however, I knew it only had one, but it was very tight. No washer dryer. The noise level was high, we could hear guests upstairs, not very soundproof. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Place was very clean"

"Loved that it was in the heart of things, very well appointed, roomy, comfortable, and designated parking is a huge benefit. We were there over a holiday weekend (our mistake). The pizza place across the street is an after bar hangout so from midnight-2am it is extremely loud and rowdy. The host provides a white noise machine but it didn’t help us. We would def stay here again but not around a holiday that attracts young adults and motorcycles."

"Such a lovely space and great location! Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building."

Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

It was exactly as pictured and there was plenty of space for us to relax while also giving us easy access to explore the town on foot. The beds were very comfortable and the smart TV loaded with streaming apps was a great feature. The parking was critical for us as we were traveling with a carful of kid/baby gear - but as some others have noted, others in the neighborhood have a tendency...

"This place was super nice ! I feel that we may have been the first ones to stay in this. Newly renovated, everything in working order as described. The property was exactly as described and spotless. I didn't feel that the yard was usable. There was a tenant living downstairs (who was very nice to us) but we felt that the yard was hers and did not want to intrude. The floors were not level in some places in the apartment, but it did not cause us any issues. It might cause someone a problem if...

"Very nice property in a great location. Spacious. Property needs very minor but noticeable repairs - just some attention to detail. Would certainly stay here again. Check in process could be more clearly articulated in welcome email - (parking, etc)."

"We were a group in town for a wedding, and the apartment was perfect for us, separate rooms, separate bathrooms plus a communal living/dining/kitchen open space gave us the privacy and together time we wanted. The location is convenient and central, an easy walk to much of the commercial area of downtown Newport. Long flight up if you have heavy bags, but you only have to do it once!"
