“Stayed with my husband, a 6month old and a 4yo. Before booking I inquired about a crib or pack and play which wasn't available but the host purchased one right the way. There were beach chairs available, beach towels, beach toys, an umbrella (shared with upstairs guests), a wagon that we used every day throughout our stay to take our disabled 4yo to the beach. Everything as described. We were hesitant to book at 1st because there were no reviews, but we're happy we went ahead with it. The……

“The property was old, outdated, balcony faces concrete wall & basketball court, unit reeked of cigarette smoke , furniture was worn. Nothing to like about unit. ”

“Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help. ”

“We never could get the TV to work. Good thing there was a DVD player and we brought a couple of our toddler’s favorite dvd’s. Before you leave you have to strip your bed and bring all your towels and wash clothes down to the laundry room. It’s a pretty good walk to a beach which was barracuda beach. It was actually a private beach but after 5pm there’s no one there to enforce it. Other than that we drove to pompano Joe’s public access beach like 2.5 miles away. You’re RIGHT up your neighbors……

“It was our very first time visiting Destin! It was absolutely beautiful and breath taking! The owner Joseph was even better, so easy to get ahold of and worked with us! He even allowed us to add on an extra night! The studio was as cute as could be. I would definitely recommend staying here! We will be back next year for sure! Thanks for the great studio it allowed us to have the perfect vacation!”

“This was a perfectly located condo. It was just the right size for my mother and I to get away for a couple days. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach and having included chairs and an umbrella set up at the beach was a huge perk. You are on the street side, so you can hear traffic but they provided a fan that made the perfect white noise at night to drown it out. It did not bother us at all. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would easily stay here year after year!”

“Upon arrival, the unit was very nice and is exactly like the pictures. You could walk out the back door and trip onto the beach! It’s about a total of 40 yards to the beach from the back patio & will make you want to come back ASAP. The only reason cleanliness wasn’t 5 stars was due to a brown spot being on the couch when we got there. Otherwise it was a perfect spot in a very nice location! “We had a great time ! Our studio was very clean and cozy. Perfect size. We had a more at home type feeling which you cannot get by staying in a hotel. The 5 on-site pools were great. Enjoyed going to the on-site restaurant as well. The beautiful beach and ocean was literally a walk across the street which was so convenient. Everything was in walking distance even if you wanted to venture out on foot to the area restaurants and stores. Perfect location. Everyone was very friendly especially when……
