“Stayed one night and it was comfortable. Check in process was smooth. Reception was informed that I had a pet to be charged their $15 fee as stated in their policy upon check in. As we're getting ready to check-out, reception sees my wife with the dog and states he was never informed and wanted to charge $150. That fee or other fees were not mentioned in their listing on the website. I refused to pay that fee as it was insane. Please beware.”

“I thought this cottage was great! Perfect amount of space for 4 people. The area it's in (Port Royal) is a great place for walking the Spanish Moss Trail; going to The Sands beach near Port Royal boat landing; and visiting nearby islands and Hunting Island State Park with it's beautiful Light House and Beach Area. Downtown Beaufort is only about 15 minutes from the cottage. Nice place to stay and enjoy the area.”

“Host was very communicative and check-in was easy. The space over the garage is nicely finished and the small kitchen area is adequate for a short stay. Not a fan of the barn door for the bathroom, because it doesn’t provide enough privacy. Would be nice to have bath soap provided. Overall, a good value.”

“Really great house: comfortable, clean, spacious! The only thing that was a bit annoying is that the porch is not covered and we were literally covered with the foliage from all the surrounding trees. Therefore, we couldn’t use the porch for eating, which was such a pity as we wanted to fully enjoy the nature and the wonderful weather. But, again, the house is great and really well maintained. ”
