"The property owner/manager has done any communication, checkin was very difficult since no one could get in touch with property manager. Incorrect room position, we booked ocean front and it was given other side with no view. We have to clean our own trash, really after paying more money than regular hotel. "Location is perfect for this rental. Close to the airport, but no too close, also centrally located to access all the things Kaua'i has to offer. The resort is amazing with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. The ocean is rather rough right in front of the resort, but there is a little wave break area where little ones could toddle in the water.
