“It’s been a long time since I’ve been to Mexico & all inclusive and this trip was beyond amazing. The food options were phenomenal as were the drink options. The property always had events daily all the while trying to keep you engaged. Pools were great! Upon arriving staff was PHENOMENAL! Pepe was great with letting me know immediately upon arrival what to expect. The only thing I wish there was more of was music at the pool, this would be a great addition for guests to enjoy their time……

“Well-run hotel with great service and good faciiites overall. Food selection was decent. The suite was amazing, the best I’ve stayed in of any similar tier of resort. Good clean resort, attentive service, lots of smiles. The entertainment was good and we thought the traditional Mexican festival with foot stands and dancers outside in the sandy pavilion was super unique. Overall, we had a great time. Service and operations management are doing a great job. Opportunities: - not enough chairs……

“If you’re looking for a stay for relaxation this is a place to be. The property isn’t huge, it’s straight to the point. There are parties but on another Riu property (definitely fun, everyone goes) which they provide transportation roundtrip. The late night entertainment is fun and interactive, food was okay of course after sometime you do get tired of the food which is expected. But overall, 4/5 the point was to relax and i did.”
