“Sehr freundlicher Empfang, saubere allerdings etwas kleine Zimmer leider ohne Kühlschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und jeder hat was gefunden. Auch im Frühstücksraum waren nur freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Der Fahrradraum und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind top! ”

“Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön und nobel. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön, einige Bereiche waren aktuell leider gesperrt und konnten deswegen leider nicht genutzt werden. Je nachdem welche Zimmerkategorie man hat, ist man direkt am Hotel oder außerhalb. Über Expedia würde ich allerdings nicht mehr buchen, trotz mehrfachen Versuchen jemand telefonisch zu erreichen, habe ich auch auf meine E-Mail keine Antwort erhalten, was ich sehr unglücklich fand.”

“Location is perfect. Close to every famous points. Room is clean and comfortable. Service is good. The only down side is the breakfast. But providing coffee , tea and water at looby is preety good.”

“On 10'th - 13'th Mar 2019, We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, but room continues lost power 2 nights without any light, after notified no one to recover it, we only can can do is do anything in dark , it is very dangerous. When we checking out the front desk only shrugging and shows nothing to do with them, it is really the matter of bad manners ”

“雖然距離火車站有一段距離，但搭乘輕軌6號線可輕鬆到達飯店外的站牌，從這裡也可以搭輕軌去海德堡，交通還算方便。房間設備整齊乾淨新穎，住起來舒服。唯一的缺點是網路不太穩定，常常顯示已連接但其實上不了網。”

“The hotel's location is good. However, we're not happy with the front desk clerks. As we had 3 people stayed there for 2 nights and we asked if we can change to a bigger room, even they don't have a room for 3. They answered that the hotel was fully booked. We felt that they just want to make an excuse to close the case of our request and not willing like to help.”
