Easy access by Tram from Airport. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and museums and galleries within a short walk (10-15 mins)

The rooms were spacious. The hotel itself was clean but the outside area was dirty, and since it was across from the train station, a lot of unruly people were hanging around. There are stairs to reception and there is no elevator until you get to reception.

Decent 3-star hotel. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed is comfortable, although the furniture and decoration looks dated. Great location, you can walk to all main attractions. It is next door to the train station so there is noise til late and restarts early in the mornings. The rooms are not sound proof as advertised. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the room was fantastic, credit to the maids. Would stay again as comfortable, clean and great location.

Great quiet hotel near train station
Lovely hotel within 3 minutes walk from both Florence SMN train station and the bus station, as well as the T2 tram for the airport. Check in was quick and friendly, the rooms spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet a good way to start the day. Would happily stay there again.

Great stay yet again! This is my third time staying at the property and I would return. Great dining options nearby. Close to the train station and easily accessible to the airport. The outstanding quality however is the staff who are always friendly and helpful.

Decent budget hotel close to the train station
I booked this hotel mostly due to its proximity to the train station in Florence. When we arrived it was lightly raining, so it was great to have such a short walk (about 2.5 blocks) to access the hotel. We arrived around 11 a.m. after a train trip from Rome. The desk staff was courteous and efficient. There were no rooms yet available (we'd have been surprised if there were) so we checked our bags. When we returned later after some sightseeing, the room was ready. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the back of the building and was quiet. It was comfortable, but spartan. The room was clean and had plenty of floor space to lay out suitcases. They also cleaned the room daily and provided fresh towels. The shower was of the type Europeans seem to like, where there is only a half shower wall. This tends to result in a lot of water on the bathroom floor unless you are careful. I'm not sure why this is as common as it seems. The hotel's décor theme throughout seemed to be record album covers, often from the 60s - 80s. It was unusual, but interesting. The only disadvantage of its location is that it is on the opposite side of the train station from the historic area. Breakfast (included) was decent. I'd consider staying here again.
