“We stayed 3 nights. The room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 5. I don’t really like staying at hotels but this hotel I would stay at again. It was in a quiet, safe area, and very comfy.”

“I had stayed in this hotel for than 10 times, it’s located at a very convenient location which is very close to MOA and airport, and except shuttle bus service. ”

“Everyone and everything at the hotel was great! It was close to everything; Great Mall of America, downtown Minneapolis, all the touristy attraction. ”

“The hotel is very nice, very clean and in a good location. Perhaps they should not allow hockey teams or other sports teams to stay there though, if staff is going to assume the athletes make the hotel look "trashy." Two of our players were at the front desk and told the front desk attendant that they have a very nice hotel. He responded by saying, "Yes, it is, but all of you make it look trashy." Our players are well behaved and always supervised by an adult. There was another hockey team……

“This was my worst hotel stay. I was initially assigned to room 419. When I entered, it smelled like urine and I couldn't check in. Then I asked the front desk to change me to room 611. OMG, there were bed bugs when I slept at night. I was full of bed bug bites. I was so itchy that I asked the front desk to change my room. It was so bad. I probably won’t stay in that hotel again after my first stay. ”

“I would give this property 6 stars if I could. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in was really nice. There was shuttles to the Mall of America where we spent most of our time and a shuttle to and from the airport. Each driver we had was just really great. Regarding the hotel, the pictures don't do this hotel justice. To me, it kind of looks plain in the pictures but when we got to the hotel, the room actually looks very sleek. The TV had my name on it! I thought that……
