Cute Apt perfect Within Walking Distance of Snorkeling
I was looking for a location within walking distance of snorkeling spots, and Blair's apt fit the bill to a tee. We needed a place to sleep and shower and this cute, clean and convenient apartment was perfect. We were able to walk to 6 spots from The Lobster Pot down to Smith's Barcadere. The bed was super comfy after a long active day. The kitchen is well appointed and the tub is super deep for soaking sore muscles! Thank you

Perfect property for our stay in paradise. I definitely recommend a car, it’s convenient parking and the neighborhood feels safe. We had everything we needed and it was nice to have access to the cooler and beach chairs which we used every day. It also felt very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Ideal location
Perfect location with a rental car. Many good restaurants are a 5-10min drive and smb isn’t much farther. Smiths cove is only a 5 min walk and a wonderful spot to watch sunset. The place was overall very clean and described correctly.

Just returned from the Tree frog after a wonderful week of vacation there. The apartment is spacious and well kept. The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cooking tools and the fridge and freezer work great. Nice large bathroom with room for 2 to get ready for the day. For us, one huge added bonus was the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler that the owner provides free of charge. These chairs allowed us to visit many beaches in comfort and be able to spend the day there without being sore from sitting in the sand. If you're over 50, you know what I mean. Smiths Beach with is steps down the road is by far one of the most relaxing spots on the island, and its walking distance from the property!! The property owner is very friendly and helpful and can answer any question you may have. We loved the Tree Frog and will definitely be back! Bill & Heidi MN

Fantastic Stay !!
The place was immaculate, it was ready on time without a single issue, the location was perfect, about 10-15 minutes from the airport. Very nice neighborhood, I didn’t cook but everything was there if needed. The host has beach chairs, umbrella and cooler.. The host was excellent and extremely helpful, I’m sure I had more than a few questions for him, and he answered all of them pleasantly and never made me feel that I was bothering him. He even sent me rental car info which was great, told me where the nearest grocery store was located. You can’t go wrong staying here, oh I forgot the beautiful Smith Cove beach is a 5 minute walk or a 1 minute drive with free parking.. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Prefect stay for us.
One week away from all. We are very happy we chose tree frog.. Smith Cove was a nice surprise. So close to the apartment and only 10 minute drive to 7 mile governors Beach. Definitely need to rent a car to see the rest of the island. Would definitely recommend tree frog.

Location, location, location - this apartment definitely delivered on that requirement, being within walking distance of Smith Cove and on the periphery of the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile/George Town area. The apartment was clean and had all the comforts we needed, including a comfortable bed and pillows. The apartment felt safe and secure, tucked away in a nice little neighborhood. I would stay here again.

From check in to check out the owners were fantastic. They were kind enough to work with some of the trip providers we booked while there to help us. Property is in a perfect location. Quick walk to Smith Cove and couple great restaurants. Far enough from the Cruise drop offs that you're not swamped with the influx of people during the day. I would book it again and probably will.

First stay in South Sound
We loved our stay at Miller’s apartment. It was a short walk to The Sunset House for breakfast and dinner. We also enjoyed our walks to Smith Cove. There were 2 beach chairs available for our use and were just perfect for our day at Smith’s cove. I would recommend staying here and would stay here again!

Quiet space with a private entrance near to gas station, fast food and local restaurants, walkable to beach, not far from downtown, safe, quiet community. At first glance the property looked nice except for the Crowing roosters. After accessing the property we found The bathroom in a common hallway with another apartment, cheap unsecure lock on apartment door that could be open with a paper clip, no safe to safeguard valuables, Bathroom lights not working constantly blowing circuit breaker, bathroom sink backed up immediately, noisy wobbly paddle fan, dirty bedsheets with all little cotton balls matted up on them, does not have any television channels, so you cannot watch television, toilet completely loose on floor allowing it to swivel side to side like an amusement ride. After contacting the owner at least six times complaining about the conditions and sending him pictures and videos to document the conditions, he agreed to give us a FULL refund. That never happened, the refund we received was far short of a full refund. It was such a bad experience that we decided to leave the property early the next morning and check into a hotel. My advice to anyone reading this, is to stay as far away from this place as possible. Unfortunately, the pictures don’t expose all of the defects in this property. It’s unfortunate that this review does not allow me to post the pictures and videos that I have showing the actual conditions. Also, I forgot to mention that we had to prop the handle of our suitcase onto the apartment door handle to somewhat feel secure in that apartment.

Walking Distance to Smith's Cove Barcadere (Beach)
Blair's place was very quaint and comfortable! The private entrance is very convenient, and access to your own full bathroom. Located in a safe neighborhood, easy walk to George Town and beach. Which was the main reason for selecting this place, the quick walking access to the beach. Our host ensured that the rental had everything we needed such as towels, beach towels, kitchen amenities, well sized refrigerator, and a/c! We were grateful, that our host could accommodate an early check-in. We recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, quick access to the beach and walk-ability to downtown, plus a souvenir shop (Pure Art Gallery & Gifts) near the corner. We'd stay here again!!

Perfect accomodation for a great value! Short version: very clean, very private, safe location, walkable to a cute public beach and a great bar/restaurant. Wonderful accomodation. TL:DR - This place is an amazing value in a great location. It's outside of the cruise traffic but still close. I rented a car and went all over the place. The room is great, lots of space. Comfortable bed with a seating area and TV. Kitchenette has a small oven/burner situation that made a lovely meal! Fridge, utensils, plates, and basic cooking equipment provided. Bathroom is spacious, shower stays warm. Neighborhood is very safe. I walked around a ton and never worried (as a solo female traveler). The best part for me though was the communication with the host. They were super quick with responses, and every single recommendation they made that I tried was on point. There is also a helpful info sheet in the room and all of those are on point too. I walked to Smith Bracadare almost every day, great little public beach with awesome snorkeling. Thank you to the host for a really wonderful stay!
