Bed was very uncomfortable. Air conditioner ran all night and was great white noise but didn't cool. Smell of orher guests smoking pot was gross.

Started with not getting the king sized bed room that we booked even though had called the night before to check on the reservation and that we had a dog with us. First room given, mold in the fridge. Made due for the weekend as busy long weekend and no other rooms. Did our own housekeeping as no one came to our room while out even after asking for someone to sweep the floor as still dirty when first arrived. Terrible ant problem...good thing did our own garbage removal daily. Keep everything in bins and ziplocks. Pool not available as broken. In the middle of renovations and breakfast is a grab and go bag that never changed for 4 days. Scariest thing was they locked the emergency exit without informing us as door reader broken. When asked was told because of all the homeless people in the area. On the brighter side, bed was comfortable and couple of good restaurants and bars in vicinity. Would never stay EVER AGAIN.

The shower had hair leftover from previous guests. The corners of the shower weren’t clean The vent in the shower hadn’t been cleaned (months) There were no room numbers, they were written with a marker on a piece of tape. There was yelling in the hall late at night, and you could hear conversations from the rooms next door. One of the glass doors had what appeared to be a bullet hole The parking garage had leaking pipes

We were looking for the lowest price motel for one night in Great Falls, and this was the cheapest. It showed as 2 stars, so we were leary. From check in to check out we had the perfect experience. Truly. We were treated perfectly and loved our room. Easy parking, a fresh and yummy yet simple breakfast was provided and enjoyed, we simply couldn’t fathom why it was 2 stars. Best deal in town, hands down. It’s easily a four star experience. We stayed in room 423 and it was clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. We know where to stay next visit. And it’s right downtown!!! Perfect nights stay.

They did not clean rooms during our stay and we had to ask for clean towel. Got up on Sunday morning (5:30am) and had NO hot water The worst was someone had left their dogs unattended in their room and was barking every time someone walked by that room...........and when we walked by it smelled like they had pooped in the room!!!.

The place is in a good location cause its right downtown, by a ton of good food. The place itself is very dirty and the staff clearly do not care. There are these awful thin metal sheets that line the bottom of the beds to keep your stuff from going under the bed. Theyre really easy to bump/kick and theyre so so so so loud when you do. The bathtub drain was full of hair and gunk so it drained slowly, there wasnt a plug if you wanted a bath. With how filthy the toilet was when i arrived it certainly set me on edge the whole time wondering how filthy the rest of the place is. I had only oicked this place cause it was downtown and dog friendly but I think I'd look harder for next time and stay elsewhere.

I have no complaints other than they did not have some sort of breakfasts. They said they were working on the area, and it would be open soon. It appears that these people just took it over and were in the process of a remodel.
