"Overall it was a fabulous experience the only thing which held it back was cleanliness. For the nine days we were on holiday bedding was not changed once bin was not emptied polite complaint was made at the time. Staff at check in counter and restaurant were exceptionally great helpful, polite and very courteous. Because of this and its central location would definitely go back."

"Pleasant stay with waterfront view. Walking distance to CN tower, aquarium, and restaurants. Lots of people walking and exercising on the waterfront so felt safe walking around. Nothing fancy in terms of amenities, but was clean and comfortable, and staff was nice and helpful. "

"The staff were excellent. We received a free upgrade because it was available. The only downside was the thin walls and loud, inconsiderate neighbors who made a lot of noise all throughout the night. "
