"We stayed at the apartment for 5 nights in February and could easily have stayed a month... The apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and a very short walk from dozens of great restaurants and shops, as well as the subway. Considering that the apartment is only one flight up from a vibrant street and has lots of windows, we couldn't believe how quiet it was. The owner sent along really clear instructions in advance -- checking in and out couldn't have been easier. We would definitely stay here...

"Great older hotel with nice decor and bar in convenient location near Washington square park. Room was small but I was aware of that and it suited our needs. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was a good size with a nice shower. The only small issue was that we could not control the air conditioner on either ac or fan mode so it was a little warmer than we would have preferred. "

"Loved the location. Close to the subway and Murray’s Bagels was right around the corner. It was the perfect quick breakfast spot. Happy Hour in the lobby was lively. The room was cozy, super quiet and really beautiful. We’ll be back!!!"

"Overall it’s a great experience to be there. The Hudson River is great, the downtown view is fantastic. And the bar on the roof will give you a better angle to take a look for the manhattan especially after the sun goes down. But our shower has no hot water for the 1st night, they fix it the day after."
