The lobby was closed due to COVID, and I had to wait about 20 minutes outside in the cold to get checked in which wasn’t exactly pleasant. Other than that this stay was fabulous. "
"Decent, inexpensive option. Room was really clean and looked like they had recently undergone renovations. It was a noisy in the parking lot but by about 10 it died down so we didn’t worry about getting to sleep. They don’t have breakfast even though the website says it does, so that was disappointing, since that was one of the things I was looking for. Overall, a good stay. Good budget option. Staff was nice. "
"There was VERY poor heat in the room. It took forever to warm up. Staff offered a room with king bed instead of 2 twins that had a special key that only the staff had so you would have to have a staff member open your door every time you left the room. New management came in next morning knowing nothing of our problems. Told us we could pay for an additional room on top of the freezing one we already had. This was the worst customer service ever. Manager told us this is what the owners...
