"I lived in the Waikiki jungle back in the 1960’s. It’s so very different now, but when I stay at the Waikiki Grand and look over the park and ocean, I can forget about the concrete jungle behind me. Alexei’s unit has everything you need and I was able to cook my own meals for 2 weeks with no trouble. Safeway is just a nice long walk or bus ride away. Queens Surf beach is right there out your window! This unit is lovely with upscale lighting, comfy bed, great cable and WiFi, and amazing view."

"Penthouse Suite review: Incredible location and views. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of walkways/hallways. 'Complimentary laundry service' means do it yourself...and bring your own detergent & dryer sheets. Staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful (with the exception of 1 female employee, who I will not name. We avoided her all week). The Penthouse Suite was Incredible. I can not recommend it enough. The only negative I could say about the penthouse is the elevator does...

"The room was spacious and ready by the promised time and the staff really made an effort to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The air conditioning worked well. The location was very walkable and convenient, very close to several nice beaches, restaurants, and shops. The pool was also a great amenity to enjoy during our downtime as well. The private lanai was nice to take in the views and enjoy a drink or breakfast. We were also able to see some fireworks one night from there. Parking was free,...
