Our room was disgusting there was mold all throughout the bathroom. We had a stain right when you walked in the door in the carpet that looked like somebody had died there and it smelled like crap.

Great staff!! If the room description includes the word HISTORIC it means its one of the rooms that hasn’t been renovated. Room was a bit run down but clean and reasonably priced.

Parking was horrible. check in was at 3pm. Got there at 3:30pm and valet was full. The parking garage down the road was so full i had to make a spot and was almost blocked in the next day. The room had stains all on the floor and the bathroom was bad. It had cracked tile all over and the sink had pieces missing out of it. I think they just called it historic so they do not have to fix anything. would not stay there again. The location is the only reason to give it 2 stars.

Always stay here easy access to all shop and spring only downfall is this is an old building it does need some upgrades but the beds are no excuse for them being wore out and extremely hard need update the beds bad

I resort fee; for what? No soap, no robe, no hair drier, bathroom a joke. Poor room service. Limited spa services. Loud dogs barking.

It is our duty to keep these items available in rooms and we would have loved to hear about these needs during your stay so that we could supply them. Our award-winning Bathhouse and Spa offers a number of massage and bath options such as Thermal Mineral Water Baths, Deep Tissue massages, Trouble Spot massages, Hydrotherapy, Dry Saunas, and many more! Not to mention our Salon & Spa options also available on our main floor. We are a pet-friendly hotel and if you decide to stay with us again to witness the completion of our restoration, let us know if you experience disruptive barking again so that we may address the issue with our guests. So disappointed. Limited valet. Had to walk half a block with luggage to check in after parking. Hotel is falling apart. The spa is lacking staff. Could not enjoy. Sat in a sheet for 45 minutes freezing to get my massage. Would not recommend to anyone. Would have been better camping.

We have stayed at the Arlington a handful of times. But it progressively gets a little worse each time. When we got there the valet was full, parking garage was full and there was no street parking available. Once we got into the hotel it was extremely hot and there was no way to adjust the air. I called the front desk and they said that the air was all on one unit and set by the hotel. Our room did not have easily accessible outlets to plug in chargers. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. I hate this because the Arlington is such a unique hotel with so much history and such a convenient location.

This beautiful hotel is undergoing a restoration. It will be amazing in a few years. Presently, the rooms are run down and not enjoyable to stay in. Taps did not turn off, shower is small, water barely came out and was about really low. The Carpets were stained and the headboard on the bed was broken. All that said, the lobby is beautiful and the staff were great.

The place looked amazing on line. But once in the room and hallways paint was peeling off the walls. Dust was on the baseboards in the bathroom so I question the cleanness the shower sprayed all over the bathroom when turned on. Beds felt old and used. And you had fees to pay at check in and check out even when you didn't have room service or any extras during your stay. The staff was so nice and welcoming though. I guess I was expecting better from a place that put off and amazing experance.

I was not told ahead of time. The valet parking was $30 a day. I did not like that at all. I tipped every time I got the car and brought it back and then was charged $30 a day without my knowledge until I checked out also didn’t know there was gonna be a $15 day spa Charge and I didn’t even use it

Romeo at the front desk is amazing! He always has a smile on his face and always welcoming. We always stay at the Arlington when we plan a quick getaway from Little Rock! Always an amazing stay! I have heard complaints that the hotel is outdated but I disagree. Plus that is part of the ambiance. Old school luxury.The hotel is full of history and I love that. The rooms have always been very clean and well maintained. Also very family friendly. Our kids love it also! This last reservation we were there for the Arkansas Derby and the hotel was very busy. All the staff was amazing! They were all so busy but very attentive and never had to wait for a cocktail! Now that’s service! I will always stay at the Arlington anytime I visit my favorite place Hot Springs. Highly recommend it❤️

I had free private parking when I booked. The appeal because parking is a concern in hot springs. I was told I could pay for valet at $33 a day or walk a block and pay $22 a day. We booked for 4 days and our kids coming for 3 days. We found some free parking 4 blocks away. I will never stay at this property again. Bought Easter brunch for 4 also at $60 a person. I reserved and gave my card at booking. I was insulted by the waiter that I had not paid. I took care of the bill and vowed never to return.

Go for the history and take a bath in the bathhouse! Old property undergoing badly needed renovations, including at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday. Bathrooms are awful-toddler sized sink, toilet needs multiple flushes, peeling plaster, small shower, no counter space, etc. Convenient location to many other shops and restaurants. Eating at the hotel is very expensive.
