A two story, 4 bedroom, 3 bath completely renovated is just steps to the warm beautiful Sea Beach and Keyes Beach, close to Main Street Hyannis and the Hyannis Harbor. The Keyes Beach is located on the Nantucket Sound side of the island with the warmest waters on Cape Cod. Wide stretch of sand, many activities, shady picnic area with tables and grills, snack bar, lifeguards and other facilities, lovely views out to Atlantic make it an ideal spot for your Cape Cod vacation!

On the first floor, open and airy space seamlessly flows from sunlit living area to dining area for 10 guests and to modern, brand new and fully equipped kitchen.
The house is excellent for families vacationing together. There are two spacious master bedroom suits with king size beds and full bathrooms on the first floor. The second floor features two expansive bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom has queen and twin size beds.

For your comfort and convenience, the house equipped with Central Air Conditioner, Washer and Drier, 3 New LSD HDTVs, Free Wi-Fi Internet.

We provide high quality (from Macy’s and Bed & Bath) beddings, linens, blankets, beach and bath towels, kitchen electrics, cookware, cutlery, coffee makers, pots, pans, dinnerware, flatware etc. Also, we keep for you beach chairs/umbrellas, paper products, soap, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, laundry and dishwasher supplies.
Our home is surrounded by a large fenced in yard with south facing partially shaded deck which set up with a comfortable outdoor furniture and there is a grill for those barbecues!

When you are not on the beach, take advantage of many fun activities this part of the Cape is known for. Enjoy a pleasant walk to all the excitements, shops and restaurants Hyannis has to offer, sample ice cream (or frozen custard!), lean more about American history in JFK Museum and Library, pop in to an amusement center for a game, or enjoy dining and music in one of many renown restaurants on main Street!
Do not forget about Hyannis Harbor with its deep-sea fishing charter boat, ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, harbor cruises, parasailing, whale-watching cruise and much more!

Wonderful home, great location. Equipped with everything our adult party of 8 needed. Description is accurate. The six of us were comfortable. The bedrooms are very separated, which is wonderful for each of us went to bed at different times. The kitchen is well equipped. If cooking in you will have every utensil at hand. Also, dinnerware, stainless flatware, and beverage cups or glasses were plentiful. We would stay again! Great communication with owners.

We had a wonderful week. The house was just as it was advertised. The layout was ideal for our group of 7 adults, 1 baby and 1 dog. The large dining table, beautifully fenced yard, easy access to both the beach and downtown Hyannis were all ideal. The house was extremely well stocked, had high end appliances and TVs! Alex was very responsive to any needs/questions. Excellent!

Great Stay!
We spent 3 days in Hyannis and loved the location and the house. The house had everything we could need and it was just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to town or ferry. We took the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and had a wonderful day. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Great location, Great home!~
Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood providing all you need for relaxing days at the beach or in the yard. It was a quick walk to a Keyes Beach which allowed us to walk home to enjoy lunch. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook a meal and when we didn't feel like cooking, it was a quick walk to Main Street with many amazing restaurants and bars. The bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Our host, Alex, offered great suggestions before we arrived and made the check in and check out process super easy. Definitely recommend for families looking for getaway with all the comforts of home.
