Very clean, quiet, the staff members were nice, the rooms made us feel at home. We loved the fact that there was a snack area for you to purchase snacks without leaving the property, although there are many stores in the area. This room put you in the mind of a one bedroom apartment. We will be booking again. Overall 10/10

This hotel is is a step above other affordable hotels nearby. It was so nice to walk into a beautifully thought out studio, which was spotlessly clean and cozy. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. We were going to the Jaguars stadium and only 15 minutes away.

The room was clean and nice. It had everything we could want. The only issue we had was our room was not ready when arrived. Check in was 3:00 and we arrived a little after 4:00. There were four other families/guest that tried to check in after us. They were told It would be 40 minutes to an hour before their rooms would be ready. We were all told that they were running behind. The staff was friendly enough, but kind of had an “it is a what it is” attitude. I know that at least three of the four groups that were waiting were going to the same concert that started at 5:45. There was a younger gentleman that was working the desk that showed empathy and was very nice. We understand that things happen and delays occur, but as business managers ouselves, I would have liked to have seen at the manager on duty to move some of the front desk staff to help prepare the rooms for the guests that were waiting rather than checking in guests that could not go to their rooms.

Really nice looking facility it’s new. Nice finishes and good sized rooms with small kitchenette and laundry facilities etc. The downsides are the construction, the walls are extremely thin and you can hear everything in the adjoining rooms and above you and the staff were rarely at the reception desk.

The staff are lovely, caring and helpful. The building is new so it is clean and beautiful. Love the studio with a full kitchen and W/D. What else could one need? Common area is comfortable and the gym is new. The staff here make the experience pleasant and memorable.
