"They have a private restaurant on the property which serves delicious food at an affordable price compared to restaurants outside of the property. The room was well decorated and looked great. The beach is not private; however, they have private umbrellas along the beachside which is monitored by security guards at all times, so your belongings are safe there."

The next day I tried to get a refund when they reopened but it seems to be a scam and no refund was provided. Policy says this: “The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - midnight.” This is a lie. Don’t book here!! "

"As much as I have traveled I have never been so disappointed. We stayed a couple of nights there and to say it was awful is an understatement. Coffee maker was filthy and rusted. Only top sheets on bed with no blanket, rusted out appliances, stove and the refrigerator was broken and the food we bought was ruined that we had put it there. "We booked 3 rooms for 7 people in our family. Terrible from check in to check out. Stained sheets, body hair in the bath rooms. Filth everywhere. We checked in at 11:30 at night., Only two rooms assigned to us so no key for the third room. It took until 1 AM to get management to give us the third room. So dirty and disgusting most of us slept on top of the beds and in our travel clothes. The hotel is more than 300 M from the beach. I cannot recommend this to anyone. Even the most budget...
