We loved the property. Most of the staffs were amazing and super friendly except Carlos from excursion who wasn't interested in helping us to book excursion, he said go book with expedia. And if I am not wrong, supervisor from buffet restaurant was rude. Other than that, Out of 9 nights, we used jacuzzi 4 times and 2 times it wasn't working. We did complain about it once and it worked then stopped working. But overall property waa beautiful.
