citizenM is a clean, comfortable, and modern hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is located just around the corner from Victoria Station making travel in the city easy. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a super cool trendy hotel that is tricked out to the max with technology and Innovative interior design, which includes super art that is everywhere. The coolest touch was arty video in the elevators. I will look to at these properties every time I travel.

The location near Victoria Station was perfect, making it easy to launch off to other areas of London. The room is not big but what we needed to sleep and get cleaned up. It is not a room to hang out in due to the small size.

Great place to stay with easy access to main train station, the Underground, shops and theatres. It has a young vibe and uses iPads to Check in, control your TV, lighting etc which is great as long as your iPad works! Mine needed a reboot but the staff were very kind and helpful and showed me how to use it. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good but the room was tiny. I knew it would be small but it was smaller than a cruise ship room. If you are travelling as a couple you better be comfortable using the facilities in very close proximity to your partner. There are no secrets in this room.
