The host was helpful in replying to phone calls & messages & assisting us with the code to enter the home / Our concern/disappoint is that the listing is not accurate as displayed on the website / Bedroom 1 displays 3 twin beds (there is a daybed w/trundle). Fortunately we took an air mattress which we had to use in order to accommodate 10 guests / The game room was appealing and one of the reasons we booked Seaside...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. It was better than we had expected by far. The property was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable as well. The location was absolutely ideal. We used it as a 2 night stop for a cruise and didn’t have a vehicle but it was easy walking distance to both the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. "Why would you stay at a faceless hotel when you could stay at this perfect little home by the beach. Indoor space is perfectly sized for 4 adults with a full kitchen, living room and two great sized bedrooms, outdoors you can enjoy a private back yard dining space and out front sit in a great little spot in the front yard and engage with your neighbors and passersby. The ocean, bay and restaurants and bars are all within an easy walk of the house. On street parking is hit and miss to get right...

"Our family stayed at the Starfish Bungalow in Seal Beach and loved the starfish theme and bright orange Dutch door. So fun! The decor is cute and our toddler was kept busy looking for shells which were placed around the property. The fenced yard provides a safe place for little ones to play. Kye and Elena were great hosts and a wealth of information about places to go/eat in Seal Beach. We felt at home during our stay. Until next time!"

"Our stay was quick for a wedding. Scott was really quick and very nice to talk to. His property is well thought out and easy to find. The inside bedrooms are very large, but the main living room kitchen area was smaller than anticipated. But it was worth it."

I mean really trashy... not just some junk here or there, but lots of trash all along the water shore. Not the owner's fault, but definitely something I would complain to the city about, as a property owner."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. "
