Jacuzzi didn’t get hot , waste because I booked it for that reason . The staff is rude and not welcoming at all. The room is nice shower doesn’t get as hot though. Lighting and toilets are nice but the staff are not nice .

Room was very clean. Furnishings were modern and functional. I worked remote one day with adequate desk space and internet. Some reviews complained about the noise of the nearby train, but I barely noticed it and thought it wasn't any noisier than other city hotels. Easy to walk to harbor, aquarium, Shoreline Village, restaurants, & outlet stores.

Great property downtown Long Beach, easy to park and walk around. Very close to the cruise terminal and the kids enjoyed the pool\hot tub and sauna. Liked having a fridge in the room and brought us a microwave as well. Be nice to have a coffee bar in the lobby or breakfast items.

The location is very convenient to access the touristic areas of Long Beach. It has all the necessary things for a short stay. The price was the best for the area. The cleaning in the bathroom could be better, the dispenser for the shampoo was empty and was never filled. The is not room cleaning in the whole stay, it does not have a restaurant.

Excellent place to stay. Room was very nice with great amenities. Staff was very friendly. Had a great gym with two pelotons. My room was right above the metro train stop which was a bit noisy

Property was great, super clean and the team was great to deal with! II is a bit noisy though as it’s right beside the local transit system but I’d still recommend staying here. Easy walk to the convention centre and many restaurants within a block.

Ok. Loved this place. Most comfortable bed ever, great sauna and steam room. Amazing toilet. Only issue I had was the built in led light in headboard would not turn off and it took me forever to get ahold of the front desk. However I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super clean and great price

Last minute getaway
Booked last minute as I was in town to visit family and this place was solid for location to explore, take public transit, and food choices. The most comfortable bed and large tv to enjoy and unwind after a long day. Also, not to mention a bidet! You don’t see that often at hotels so I am glad they had it here. Utilized the gym, sauna, and steam rooms in my visit. Would recommend to family and friends. Definitely loved the tech here and my stay. Would 10/10 stay again. Thanks for the experience!

Worth the Stay!
Impressed with stay. Picked on Hotel.com special, close to every thing downtown. Would do it again. The only issue was the vending machine did not work for getting refreshments.
