“Soundproofing is terrible, breakfast is the same every day.”

“While I enjoyed my stay, there were two separate altercations . Starting with coming back to our room and there were a pair of socks that didn’t belong to us in the bathroom . I called to inform them about the situation as I felt unsafe . I wasn’t sure who or when was there someone else in my room. The person on the other line told me that there would get the manager to come and assist me with that uncomfortable situation . THEY NEVER SHOWED UP , waited at least for 30 mins while they had said……
