“The staff response, location, cleanliness and overall set up of this villa is fabulous. We stayed for a month and split our days between activities on the island and lounging at the pool. The sunsets; beach etc are amazing and the villa has all you need and comfortable. One thing to know that this villa is constantly booked. As such it is difficult for staff to be given the opportunity to do maintenance on the pool area and since the pool decking is in constant sun, it shows the wear and tear.……

“The house and pool are very nice, although the house layout is somewhat curious (could use a few more keys to the gate to the bedrooms). House is well furnished, could use a few more pool toys. Arranged transport from the airport and a rental car through the owner, that was well done, as was the property manager’s (Maxine) response to a minor maintenance problem. All the attention and helpful tips from the owners as we prepared for our vacation were invaluable, and Damian, the property manager, was just a gem throughout our stay! The terrace, the views, the plunge pool, the proximity to Anse Mamin were all fantastic. And to top it off, we rented our car thru Damian and the villa, and it couldn’t have worked out better. “This is a beautiful home with an absolutely breathtaking view. There was plenty of space for the four of us and the décor was minimalist modern making the overall feel light and airy. Flores was a delight and made us a few delicious meals. Alston (driver) was available whenever we needed him (I'm very happy we decided to use Alston instead of renting a car - the roads seemed very difficult to navigate). I would suggest adding an approximate cost to the items on the grocery list, the sticker……

“Our second time in St Lucia, this time with kids. We had a great time at Kathy's place. The house is beautiful and so much better that the pictures. Caribean farm house with beautiful touches. It has all amenities you need. Very nice view to the ocean and close to beaches. Kathy was very easy to intract and communicate and we had no issues communicating with her. We went to viggie beach, naked fisherman beach, Reduit beach, zipline in rainforest.... and enjoyed all. One general thing to know……

“Overall a great stay. Only drawback is that the main living rooms warm up during the day due to a/c units only being in each of the 4 bedrooms.
