"This cottage is this perfect place for a quick little getaway! We had the most perfect lazy stay for the weekend secluded from the city. Just sitting outside the cottage watching the lake in silence was so peaceful. The host was also extremely responsive and detailed in her messages. Would highly recommend."

"My family had a great time. The property is beautiful and the front yard is right on a big private lake. We enjoyed boating and caught a bunch of fish.The house is very charming and comfortable. Peaceful and fun place. Definitely going back again soon."

"Kevin was a incredibly hospitable. The house is in a great location and you can find just about anything within walking distance. Port Jervis is a nice town where you can feel safe wandering about. The backyard was also great and very convenient for our dogs. 10/10 I recommend it!"

"Honestly didn’t expect it to be as nice and homey but it changed my mind as soon as we walked through the door. The bear decoration really made it feel like we were in a cabin in the woods (exactly what we wanted) The fire pit in the yard was a great place to spend our nights with some s'more's! Many things here just made the trip better and better. Waterfalls surrounding were one of a kind as well (should definitely visit if you come) Will be back again 10/10"

"Quiet, cozy and relaxing property surrounded by naturally beautiful setting! We had a very relaxing time and the host made sure all our questions were answered promptly, very easy to deal with. The owners leave no stone unturned when seeing that their guests are comfortable and well provided for. If we were to come back to NJ for a visit in a heatbeat we'd choose to come back here!!"

"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"Wonderful place to stay! An excellent cabin; right on the river. Very comfortable - the mattress was fantastic. Had EVERYTHING I needed (and more); all the kitchen necessities, everything labeled; wood-burning stove; smore fixings! It was lovely being on the river; outstanding communication with Krystyn. Can't wait to return :)"

"The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. "
