"Came for a weekend away with some girlfriends and it was amazing! I cannot say enough about this property or the host- the cottage is AMAZING, so cute and well appointed! Every little detail was attended to with so many nice touches like a welcome tray for the group and all the little amenities we needed. The location was super close to the winery and a short ride or Uber to downtown Newport. Katy (the host) was so kind and communicative, I will definitely be going back."

"We stayed for a girls family reunion weekend in December. The property was a great fit for us regarding layout and location. We walked to the Cliff Walk, had lunch in a restaurant up the street from the house, and had a night out at a fun bar in Newport. We each had a comfortable bed to sleep in. The hosts checked in via text to make sure we were settled in and had everything we needed. "

"House was perfect for a visit to Newport. Roomy, clean, and well stocked with everything we needed. Incredible views from all 3 floors. Great walking neighborhood, close to beach, Cliff Walk access and Flo’s Clam Shack. Very short drive to downtown Newport and Thames Street restaurants and shops. Hosts were readily available and responsive, checkin/out easy. Only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer!"

"Came with Girlfriends to see the sights on Newport. This house was perfectly located to EVERYTHING! Cliff Walk and Mansion Tours are a must. Enjoyed Trolly Tour and Rail Cars too!! This house comfortably accomdates a large group. Beds are amazingly comfortable and kitchen is generously stocked! Owners responded within minutes. Cannot say enough good things about our 3 day trip!"

"We loved our stay at Whitecaps! The house and property are the perfect set up for large groups. Beds were super comfortable, rooms and gathering spaces were spacious. There are many outdoor toys to be enjoyed too. Close to Newport and just a short walk to the beaches. We would definitely stay here again- it was perfect!"

"We booked Draper Ave. for the family while celebrating my daughter’s graduation from Salve Regina University…. We even brought the dogs. The property was as described in the listing. Lisa was quick to respond to any questions that came up and Charlie quickly replaced a broken patio umbrella so that we could enjoy family bbq’s on the deck. We read the reviews and agree those stairs are steep! We have little dogs so took extra precautions and packed a few doggie gates to use on the deck bc they...
