The property is very old with mildew odor coming out of the rugs and carpets. Elevators are very old and slow. The pictures on the reviews and site are nothing like what I experienced. I send a lot of money for my suite and my living couch was old, stink, and holes and rips and all the springs was broken on the pull out couch and bed. Refrigerator and towel racks had rust all over them.

The first night we were there, the first room they put us in had a clogged sink in the bathroom. In the second room, the locks did not work in the safe or the sliding door. The third room was bearable. But dirty. Rusty towel holders, cobwebs with bugs in them in kitchen, and hair on wall in the shower. The manager said she would call me to comp us somehow, but never did. Will not stay again.

Property should improve on front desk representatives. A few of them aren’t very welcoming and act as if they don’t want be there. Overall the room and hotel was nice. Just could use a little improvement on the customer service.

Property is under construction and in need of major repairs. They failed to let us know there was construction going on til after we checked in and walked over and seen it. It's very noisy in the day time with the construction.

The resort and our room was dirty. I realize this is an older resort but there is no excuse for there to be dirt on the floor from not being vacuumed properly. example behind behind doors and under tables. The sink in the bathroom was clogged when we arrived . The front desk seemed to not care about the situation or when the issue would be resolved. I had to asked to be moved to another room. There was however one lady, her name was Hattie who was concerned and saw that someone assisted us to being moved to another room.
