This place was ok. nothing special, the rooms are average. Clean but not updated . If you’re looking for good tasting Jamaican food . Stay far away from this place . This place doesn’t represent Jamaican culture. The staff don’t say anything to you unless you say something first . They don’t pride on being friendly. Outside of that it’s a ok place to stay just don’t look for over and beyond

I enjoyed greatly the warm hospitality of the staff. Especially Latoya Jackson who treated my daughter and I kindly from the first day on arrival to the very last day. At breakfast and lunch she would seat us and check in frequently to ensure we were ok. Another exceptional staff was Kenisha who served us at the lobby bar, a thoughtful, pleasant person who was attentive to us on the many occasions we would stop by there on our way to dinner. There are many other pleasant encounters with the staff for whom we knew not their names. Overall it was a pleasant stay, few small hiccups with choice of room but this was resolved.

The beach and water were outstanding. Option for umbrella would be great. Food was mediocre and I would expect more fish. First time I actually got sick as I am a late eater and they keep food out for 630 to q 10 closing. Staff are Meh… major attitudes and lazy. Only service you get that is top notch is dining and center bar. Consistent and above standard. Why the work hard and have great customer services skills. Tada…. Formulas!
