"The location is very good and safe with 10 mins walk to subway station. No elevator! I had 2 suitcases and the friendly front desk young man offered to take them up stairs to the 3 rd floor! The room is not big but comfy with individual bath. I booked the private room. There are other shared rooms with shared bathrooms I guess. The hostels is very clean and the kitchen/ living room in the basement is very spacious with many sofa/ table and chairs to sit. Walking to restaurants. "

"My stay was a good one. The family is warm and welcoming yet professional. The house is quite large and my rear of the house room (#5) was spacious, secure and comfortable. I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs; they came in handy as the room is right beside the kitchen. Not terribly noisy, but noticeable to me without earplugs. "The bed was small the wifi was weak and the water was cold but I LOVE the familial feeling and would return to that hostel ANY...DAY. Food is shared, it has a quaint reminiscence of my childhood era. JP is wonderful. Eeeeeeeeexcellent value for the price paid "

"Keep in mind this is a simple hostel (with no curfew). Nevertheless, I booked the more expensive private room. All my expectations were met. I had a clean, comfortable room/bed to sleep in. The hostel is along the main road and is near the center of town, but my room was very quiet -- I slept very well. The bathrooms are separate -- the one I used was roomy and the shower was fantastic.
