The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and polite. Location of the hotel was really convenient, grand central station was just a 5 min walk, Times Square and a view of the Empire State Building were a 10-15 min walk. The rooftop bar on the hotel had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building and Chrysler building as well as delicious food and drinks. Would highly recommend and would stay here again

I love this hotel in all aspects. The best hotel I have ever stayed in New York. It’s very clean, friendly staff and very convenient to go around the city because Grand Central Station is only 5 minutes walk. The rooftop lounge bar has the best view of the Empire State Building especially at night.

There are many lovely extras like fresh sheets, but a toilet lovely linens. Staff was great. Only bummer was that there was no Wi-Fi without paying and the rooftop bar was closed on Sunday night.
