"Our host was one of the nicest people I could ever make reservations with. The condo is completely beautiful with a beautiful veiw especially in the winter. Everything that you would need for your stay is there. You dont need take anything extra. Kitchen items, towels, whatever you can name they had it. Also his response time to anything i needed was superb. If we ever return I would defineately use them again."

"Absolutely perfect!!! The property was spotless and amenities (wi-fi coffee makers washeranddryer and The view!!!!) comfortable beds ! Our family has a home on Lake Toxaway but when we are all together some have to seek other accommodations and we hit the Jackpot!!! "We (3 of us) stayed here end of April. It was clean and well kept. If you want to cook, everything you need was there. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants, breweries, music, museum. If you have a car, nice & secure garage space is included. Only downside is street noise if you want to sit on deck. We could not find a bluetooth music hookup either. Great stay in a beautiful area!"

"Our daughter flew in from California and my husband and I drove down, from Ohio, to spend 6 days with her. (we haven't seen her since Christmas!) The condo was in a perfect location. Being on the third floor, we had a view of Carolina Lake (directly across the street) and we were a short two blocks to the ocean. And, the boardwalk was just a short 10 minute walk. Having the restaurant directly in front of the condo was no issue; as we were above their roof line, so the views were not obstructed....

"If you are looking for someplace clean, you should definitely stay here, it was spotless. We loved the location, we were able to walk to everything in Southport and its just a short drive to Caswell Beach. My only issue was there was limited cell service and no secure internet. Although, that maybe a blessing in disguise for some."

"Seems strange but the property was all but empty, off season, yet the room above us was booked with noisy guests and we were put in a room with a parking lot view when better views were available. Upgrading rooms…good thing but was not a bother to us. Some upgrades were done in our condo which were very nice!"

"Came to Wilmington for Cody Jinks at Live Oak Bank Pavillion. It was a long walk to the venue, but it was along the river walk so not too bad. Condo was clean and as advertised. Great location with all you need a short walk away. Would stay again."

"Our family of 4 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. What a location!! The property overlooks the entire racetrack. We even decided to order takeout for dinner so we could spend as much time as possible in the condo. We had everything we needed right there for a comfortable, relaxing and fun overnight. Anyone who is into Nascar will love this rental property."
