"Great Property… well maintained, plenty of space, nicely decorated. Has everything you need in kitchen and for starters. Linen drop off and departure procedure was easy. Though on the 2nd row, you can see the ocean and there’s no street to cross… plenty of parking and access to beach is less than a minute walk. Loved the location, next door to great restaurant. Property manager was quick to help when we accidentally locked the elevator door. Loved having that!! And the jacuzzi was a perk! Will definitely stay here again."

"This was our second time to book this beach house with 13 family members of all ages including an infant. The house has a fantastic view of the ocean despite being on the opposite side of the road, and from my understanding there will never be homes built to block the view. Both times we have gone off-season (May and now March). Be aware you must be comfortable with many stairs for all tenants. The house is clean. Please note we had one issue that could not be resolved during our stay: the 3 bathroom showers only allowed the temperature to stay at the lukewarm to cool level. To their credit, vacasa did send a licensed plumber the day we notified them, but the plumber said this would be a major fix, so we endured it all week. Vacasa reimbursed me $200 for the trouble. Make sure this has been rectified before booking!"

"Topsail is a beautiful beach. A bit isolated, you have to drive back over the bridge for grocery & drug stores, gas stations, and most restaurants....that being said, there are 2 restaurants walking distance from the townhome. I hosted a gathering over 10 days in this listing - overall it was an okay place to stay, but for the price i had higher expectation than what was presented. There were no beach supplies. No beach chairs, towels, umbrellas or toys. Be prepared to bring or buy your own, as we had to. Also be aware the townhome is located at the end of the community - the road's end is very uneven with a raised manhole, every guest had difficulty navigating over. The townhome is a duplex build with a shared door inside the house and shared patio facing the beach - which can provide some interesting situations. There is a large cabinet blocking the shared door inside, but the sound comes through audibly. There were minimal bath towels per room, so laundry was required daily. We also felt there was a lack of cups, but most other kitchen supply was adequate. The other main issue was trash - which was full upon arrival - there were many many fruit flies, we had to contend with, as the receptacle storage is below the home. The owner was responsive when i noticed the main floor toilet was not working, resolution was reached the following day. The orientation of the home provides sunrise view, not sunset. The hot tub was excellent"

"Our family was comfortable in the spacious rooms, nicely decorated, with comfortable beds and multiple bathrooms. There is an ocean view from the porches and views of the Inter-coastal waterway on the opposite side of the house. The beach is only steps away. The owner was very quick to deal with a few issues as we settled in."
